Self-contained triple spectrum flame detector. It can detect 0.1 m²gasoline fire at 60 m in less than 5 seconds. The sensitivity is user-programmable,offering 4 ranges of detection making the XI IR3 highly immune to false alarm. Detector is housed in a stainless steel enclosure with heated optics allowing the installation in areas with harsh operating conditions. The outputs of 4 –20 mA and RS 485 interface as well as the standard alarm, accessory and fault relays, make the IR3 XI the most versatile flame detector available.
Also available as smaller intrinsically safe low power version FlameGard IR3 MI.
